In recent times, Bourbon has greatly increased in popularity, leading to an increase in sales as well as a shortage in the industry, due to the length of time it takes to make. The insurance industry is facing a similar issue as more and more customers are demanding tech-friendlier service. But the industry has been slow to adapt.
