Together we unified the customer journey across all platforms and devices, establishing an industry-leading digital experience that fully integrates with their enterprise IT investments. Through an iterative and agile methodology, we created and deployed three unique solutions.

  • Your Instant Quote: a responsive web tool that leverages third-party data and prepopulated information to produce a quote in under three minutes
  • My Security First: allows customers to easily view their policies, make a payment, evaluate coverage, file a claim, and more
  • Security First Mobile: assists all Floridians when a storm is approaching to help them stay safe and calculate potential savings using the Instant Quote tool, while existing customers can log in to easily make payments, file a claim, and manage their policies
