Chris Hugill

Chief Executive Officer

  • Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters in Sarasota, Florida.
  • He is an avid golfer, soccer fan, and traveler.
  • He lives and breathes all things Buffalo, especially the Bills and Sabres (this is our year!).

Chris leads the vision of PointSource’s evolution and helps set the company direction to address each client’s digital transformation business needs.

He began his career exploring the IT industry working in the engineering departments at Proctor & Gamble Co. and Anheuser-Busch. Chris then spent nearly a decade in the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) sector, where he helped transform the EHS software industry. After the sale of that company, Chris formed PointSource hoping to guide companies in various other industries with their business process transformation and digital transformation journeys.

Other entrepreneurial accomplishments include the founding and sale of a real estate software company, as well as the development and management of a real estate portfolio.

Stephanie Trunzo

Chief Operation Officer and Chief Digital Officer

  • Stephanie is a mother, animal lover, and 100 percent Italian–three titles she proudly claims.
  • She is an avid yogi.
  • Her favorite author is Ayn Rand.

Stephanie creates intuitive experiences and crafts agile and efficient collaboration patterns.

Stephanie’s passions for digital transformation and operational excellence are matched only by her dedication to pushing forward disruptive technologies and digital innovations. To support and achieve these goals, Stephanie unravels how digital experience revolutionizes the ways people live and work across many industries. Her combined business acumen and intuition for user experience help clients engineer digital strategies to match these behaviors. Prior to PointSource, Stephanie ran a worldwide development organization for the IBM Rational Jazz Platform.

In addition to being recognized as a tech leader by The Cube and Best in Biz, Stephanie sits on the TechGirlz Advisory Board and is a seasoned speaker (IBM’s largest conferences, InfoWeek and UN Women). Her writing can be found in publications like Fast Company, The Los Angeles Times, and CEOWORLD.

Kevin Hugill

Chief Financial Officer

  • Kevin was born and raised in Buffalo, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and son.

Kevin is responsible for providing strategic leadership and managing the financial performance of PointSource.

Since joining Pointsource as a partner in 2005, Kevin has been integral to its success and rapid growth. He is also responsible for the company’s business planning and contract governance. Kevin earned an MBA from the University of Buffalo and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton.

John Cammarata

Vice President of Development

  • John can be found spending his free time outdoors with his black lab, Bailey.
  • He is an amateur chef, budding cyclist, and car enthusiast.
  • He is an all-around Pittsburgh sports fan with a love for the Steelers.

John is the insurance transformation leader at PointSource.

As the lead for architecture and development at PointSource, John is continually identifying ways that technology and digital engagement patterns are the catalysts behind disruption in the insurance industry. A passion for insurance and deep technical knowledge of the space help John bring disruptive solutions to market and impact distribution, consumer and policyholder loyalty and engagement, claims transformation, and more. In his tenure at PointSource, John has architected and developed mobile and digital solutions, as well as complex transactional systems, for companies that range in size from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to PointSource, John worked at IBM, where he was responsible for the architecture and development of B2B integration software. He also led the design and development of software components in WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere eXtreme Scale and WebSphere Virtual Enterprise software products.

Gregory Ng

VP, Digital Engagement

  • Gregory is on a mission to visit 100 National Parks with his wife and three kids.

Gregory is responsible for developing new digital offerings for clients as well as partnering with architecture, development and delivery teams to ensure their long-term success.

Working with other executives, Gregory combines goal setting, cultural alignment and training and enablement programs to build out core competencies in data-driven decision making. His expertise in strategy, visual design, UX, marketing and analytics have earned him a reputation as a go-to source for all things digital. Prior to joining PointSource, Gregory spent nearly 20 years focused on developing effective, integrated, results-driven marketing programs for some of the world’s biggest brands, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Gregory is a leading creative director, designer and direct marketer. His work has earned more than 40 awards, with recognition for excellence and innovation in marketing campaigns. He is also an accomplished speaker, blogger and video blogger. Gregory has published thousands of articles and videos online, and his work can be found in publications like The New York Times, Wired and The Wall Street Journal.

Barry Pellas

CTO & Chief Business Technologist

Barry owns technology strategy and the development of strategic assets for PointSource.

Barry leads the development and execution of PointSource’s digital content management strategy. In partnership with clients, he develops a technology strategy based on industry trends, vendor and software evaluations, and business goals. Barry excels in key mobile competencies like strategy and execution against technology road maps, vendor and software evaluations, enterprise, cloud and systems, and application architecture. Together, these skills drive unique mobile and content management solutions for clients.

Additionally, Barry has successfully delivered strategic direction for several enterprise products with the goal of reducing cost of ownership and time to market. He has strong experience with product development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, agile development, test, and support. Barry has won awards for his work with large enterprise customers as well as several IBM awards in recognition for technical contributions to the company.

Mike Chadwick

Strategic Advisor and Vice President of Business Development

  • Mike is a former All-American college golfer and played professionally for five years.

Mike is a current board member as well as part of the executive leadership team. In these roles, he focuses on both sales and partner strategy.

Mike has 25-plus years of experience in the IT industry overseeing all aspects of sales, business development, and executive management. He believes that IT teams should not only support business value but also drive it. For Mike, digital transformation is about helping craft the solution and not just developing it.

Mike works with clients to align the “art of the possible” married with a strong design based upon a client’s unique business needs.

Hal Northrop

Vice President of Sales

  • A college basketball junkie… he also coaches & runs rec hoops for his community
  • A Civil War aficionado who enjoys military history
  • An accomplished rapper, once performed live in front of 16,000 people at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas

Hal leads the PointSource sales and business development team. He joined PointSource in 2015 to contribute to the company’s continued growth and to help shape the focus on verticals including insurance, supply chain and retail. Hal brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the executive team. Prior to joining PointSource, he ran the global sales team for Prolifics and was instrumental in driving a 600% increase in sales over an 8-year span, while retaining 91% of clients as repeat customers. Prior to leading Prolifics to outstanding growth, Hal led the IBM Websphere & Lotus business in the Great Lakes region and had responsibility for servicing Fortune 500 companies as well as clients who were new to IBM.

Hal collaborates with clients and prospects to successfully identify their unique business needs align them with PointSource services to deliver tangible and impactful business results.

Robb Czyzewski:

Client Engagement Executive

  • Robb lives in Pittsboro, North Carolina with his wife, two children and dog
  • He loves playing beach volleyball and watching his kids’ soccer teams
  • He enjoys keeping his classic Saab convertible on the road and sampling craft beers (not at the same time of course)

Robb leads delivery efforts at PointSource through management of accounts, project management and the business analyst teams.

Robb brings more than 20 years of operating experience to PointSource, with stints at multiple technology, media and production companies. Robb was the COO and CFO at Brooks Bell, an A/B testing and optimization firm,  where he was responsible for managing the company’s operational and financial strategies as well as the project management and account services teams. Prior to Brooks Bell, Robb was the CFO at Trailblazer Studios, one of North Carolina’s largest production companies with shows on Fox Sports, Discovery and National Geographic. While there, he supervised financial and production management system implementations. 

Robb has also enjoyed operations and delivery positions with Ticketmaster Online/CitySearch and several venture-capital backed startups. Robb calls on this wealth of experience to strategically manage and drive all client engagements.
